- Lead BA assigned to Workday Talent Management workstream - to deliver the final phase of the Workday HRIS implementation
- Facilitating end-user workshops
- System design, testing, user guides, deployment etc.
- Working directly with 3rd party implementer
- Must have implementation experience specific to Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle.
- Skills working within complex HRIS implementation projects and must include either Talent Management, Performance Management, or Compensation implementation experience
Lead business analyst assigned to Workday Advanced Compensation work stream
Provide crucial requirements analysis as well as structured expertise throughout all stages of the implementation.
Strong Compensation planning experience and knowledge. This includes definition of compensation business rules, compensation plans, eligibility rules within a global organisation
