A leading London based insurance broker is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join its expanding project team. The ideal candidate will come from an insurance/financial services background and will be responsible for the delivery of new systems and infrastructure roll outs through the Project Lifecycle and through to BAU. Experience of implementing of the SDLC, implementing new business applications and systems upgrades within Financial Services/Consulting is essential. The role's primary focus is to engage with stakeholders from the business' senior leadership and workstream leaders to ensure that the technology programmes are delivered on time and to budget.
The successful candidate will require:
- Previous experience in the delivery of multiple simultaneous technology projects across a broad IT landscape
- Insurance experience is preferred
- Experience in managing teams of Developers and Business Analysts (directly or via matrix)
- Project/Programme Management qualification such as Prince 2, Agile, PMP, ITIL
