The project is post implementation and there for they are looking for the business analyst to work with the HR / Business Change Team handel all the senistive data and payroll.
The company works on a global scale so experience in managing stakeholders on a global scale is impritive.
The ideal candidate:
Previous experience with end to end HR system implementation
Experience implementing a payroll system
Experience working in an SME with high touch stakeholder engagement
Strong global stakeholder management experience
Excellent communication skills
Experience in handeling sensitive HR data
