A vacancy exists for a Change & Release Manager
The Change/Release Manager is responsible for ensuring that the impact of releases of planned new IT systems and changes to existing applications and infrastructure are managed in an effective way to minimise negative impacts including service disruption on terminal operations or IT Service Management.
The Change/Release Manager is accountable for the change governance process including the sequencing, scheduling and communication of the forward schedule of changes at an individual terminal, region and global level.
The Change/Release Manager owns the definition and continuous improvement of the Change and Release processes. The Change Manager will support project, incident and problem management teams in navigating the change and release process, guiding them through impact assessment and the required steps to ensure that releases and changes are implemented successfully or cleanly backed out before they become service affecting.
