Application Support Team Leader - Retail - Surrey - up to 50k plus benefits
I working with a leading retailer based in surrey looking for a Application Support Team lead. This role will help Maximise the availability of IT applications to the application users through the effective resolution of IT Incidents and Service Requests, thus enabling colleagues to perform their own business roles.
Skill set needed:
-Strong in managing team workload, incident and problem management
-Experience with leadership to a Application support team and development of a high performing team.
-Experience coaching and mentoring a Application support team, understanding development needs and skill gaps within team's
-Attention to detail
-Troubleshooting and root cause analysis
-Strong interpersonal skills
-Understanding of SQL, supporting integration & web services
Application Skills Desirable:
-Experience with an ERP platform
-Retail Systems including ePOS
-Messaging or integration platforms (e.g. Mulesoft)
