12 Week Training Academy

We want all of our consultants to become ‘famous’ in their field. In other words, we want everyone to become an expert, and we know that this requires a lot of time, effort and support! Our initial 12-week training programme is designed to give you all the tools you need to be successful on your journey here.

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day 1, which is why you’ll receive industry leading 1-to-1 training with our Head of Performance.

What Will You Be Doing:

After graduating our 12 week Training Academy, you’ll start out as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant which means you are 100% candidate focused. You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Understand new industries and technologies
  • Managing multiple vacancies and working to deadlines
  • Sourcing and headhunting candidates for opportunities through various different channels
  • Matching candidates to relevant opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with candidates
  • Arranging interviews and making placements

What Are We Looking For:

  • You are motivated, ambitious and are able to do tasks independently
  • Good communication skills
  • Previous experience within sales or customer service
