Remote business development consultant/ remote sales consultant/ Remote client sales consultant

We're looking for new business focussed consultants to focus on the DACH market and grow our world class sales team!


Our Client Solutions division is the business development function here at Venquis - from new client acquisition through to managing processes and agreeing commercials, you will be exclusively responsible C-level business development. Within this division, you'll work with our sales team around the world in a business that allows you to work from anywhere. You'll have no barriers to where and when you can work, and ultimately help us to build the world's leading change an transformation talent consultancy!


What you'll do:

  • Generate and close new business through client acquisition
  • Become an expert in a particular industry/ client geography
  • Client facing with full autonomy of sales cycle to point of closure
  • Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients
  • Convert qualified leads gathered by the delivery function into new opportunities
  • Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real time solutions
  • Negotiate commercial terms of business
  • Account manage single vacancies to large scale client projects
