We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager in our Benelux Team to join our world class client solutions function!
Our Client Solutions division is the business development function here at Venquis – from new client acquisition through to managing processes and agreeing commercials, you will be exclusively responsible C-level business development. Within this division, you'll work with our sales team around the world in a business that allows you to work from anywhere. You'll have no barriers to where and when you can work, and ultimately help us to build the world’s leading change and transformation talent consultancy!
What you'll do:
· Responsible for Venquis’ client expansion in the Benelux region.
· Manage an existing team of 5 experienced consultants.
· Autonomy to own the business development strategy and immediately hire.
· Meet and pitch the Venquis solution to new & existing clients – hands on.
· Lead and develop the team, providing feedback and coaching.
· Understand client roadmaps, objectives, challenges and pitch real time solutions.
· Negotiate commercial terms of business.
· Account manage single vacancies to large scale client projects.

· Articulate with gravitas (credible in front of CxO)
· Proven track record of success within the Benelux recruitment market
· Hands on, inspirational leader with experience mentoring or developing consultants
· Competitive self-starter with a hunter type mentality
· Resilience, perseverance and a positive attitude
· A forward-thinking approach, creative with ideas and strategies
· Familiarity with remote work or eager to try it!
