The opportunity

The marketing manager is responsible for delivering the marketing activity through both on and offline channels across all our offices to ensure we attract potential clients and candidates, and retain existing ones. They will plan and deliver all marketing activity within Venquis, driving the overall marketing strategy and work closely with key stakeholders to support both UK and European growth plans. They will maintain our reputation for outstanding service to clients and candidates.

Key responsibilities

  • Developing and delivering on and offline brand, communications and marketing programmes
  • Overseeing implementation of the marketing strategy including campaigns, events, digital marketing, PR and internal comms
  • Evaluation and adoption of relevant marketing tech
  • Lead generation (new client & candidate acquisition), particuarly though online channels
  • Developing the marketing strategy for the launch & growth of new locations and sectors 
  • Working closely with the sales team, enabing them to meet commercial objectives by providing appropriate tools and materials
  • Undertaking continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
  • Responsible for a marketing assistant



  • Minimum 6 years’ marketing experience
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing (or similar)
  • Professional chartered marketer (CIM)
  • Significant digital marketing experience and online lead generation
  • Broad technology/social media experience
  • Creative writer
