**IT / TECHNICAL** **SERVICE DESK ANALYST** **INSURANCE INDUSTRY**
**LEICESTER** **PERMANENT** **ASAP**
Looking for a Technical Service Desk Analyst with recent experience of basic Networking, Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow and MS Office 365. Please note - This is a permanent position based in Leicester and will require some travel to other UK offices once/twice a month (all expenses paid for).

Role: Technical Service Desk Analyst
Annual Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 plus benefits and Overtime
Location base: Leicester
Start date: June 2020
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Technical Service Desk Analyst
- Strong working knowledge around Active Directory, SCCM, ServiceNow and MS office 365
- Basic Networking experience
- Experience supporting organisations with a minimum of 300 users
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Working in Insurance and ITIL is nice to have.
