Venquis are currently partnered with a well established logistics company, who are looking for a Marketing & Customer Service Director.
As marketing and Customer Experience Director you will be responsible for defining, developing the corporate identity internally and externally whilst perfecting the customers journey supporting our strategic growth plans. Responsible for both the Marketing and Customer Operations functions therefore owning the journey from initial attraction via both digital or telesales engagement through customer onboarding and every physical service interaction. Your team are the brand custodians and are responsible for the creation, management, and execution of the strategic roadmap to support the company vision.
Key Skills Required:
- Experience in leading a revenue-generating marketing department whist understanding the importance of perfecting the customer journey.
- Knowledge and experience of mapping and improving customer journeys.
- Take Ownership of departmental budgets across all marketing and contact centre activities
- Previous success leading a revenue-generating marketing department; ecommerce-led.
- Proactively monitor and review current practices and emerging technology and offer recommendations to elevate the strategic function and promote positive impacts to customers key business deliverables.
- Build relationships with external stakeholders to drive key strategic affiliations.
- Juggle multiple products across digital marketing, content, events, campaigns and PR, as well as ensuring efficient internal communications.
