13-Week Training Academy

We want all our consultants to become ‘famous’ in their field. In other words, we want everyone to become an expert, and we know that this requires a lot of time, effort and support. Our initial 13-week training programme is designed to give you all the tools you need to be successful on your journey here.

We don’t expect you to be an expert from day 1, which is why you’ll receive industry leading 1-to-1 training with our Training & Development leader.

Clear Progression

To give you an idea of how seriously we take progression, all but one of our Team Leaders started out as a trainee over the past few years.

After you graduate our 13-week training Academy, you’ll be a fully-fledged Consultant on the path to personal success. So, whether you want to lead a team of Consultants, become a Client Relationship Manager or move into a Sales Leader role in the future, there’s lots of different options available.

Great Pay and Benefits

We want to build a team of only the best people, which is why we have some of the top starting salaries and commission structures in the industry. Here’s a realistic expectation of what you’ll earn:

Year 1- £25,000 Salary and £35,000 OTE

What Will You Be Doing?

After graduating our 13 week Training Academy, you’ll start out as a Delivery Consultant, which means you are 100% candidate focused. You’ll be responsible for the following:

  • Sourcing and speaking to candidates about opportunities
  • Matching candidates to relevant opportunities
  • Building strong relationships with candidates, whether that’s face to face or digitally
  • Becoming ‘famous’ in your market

There’s a couple of things that are desirable, but by no means necessary:

  • Previous sales experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or Graduate calibre
