We are currently working with an Intenational digtal consultancy looking for a CX Sales Lead.

They are looking for a candidate with a significant track record in selling projects. You will be responsible for growth of CX in the UK. You will create leads, develop them into a pipeline of opportunities, and then close them to create large-scale CX projects for implementation. You will have some knowledge of successful business outcomes created through technology within B2C and/or B2B markets.

The person:

  • Sales background in complex projects sales
  • Experience in selling client-focused solutions based on end-customer needs
  • Able to engage at C-level
  • Experience with IT-management /IT-sales
  • Ability to commute to London and SE of England easily
  • A hunger and energy to secure new work, recognition that even small opportunities in the right conditions can lead to much larger ones
  • Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability and maturity
  • Instinctive networking skill - strong senior and CxO relationship making skills, to establish yourself within clients and identify new leads
  • Driven by the thrill of detecting, maturing and acquiring new opportunities at large/mid-size companies
  • Strong commercial and business acumen and know when specialist help might be needed from the consultancy team
  • Passionate about enabling successful digital outcomes and commercial benefits for prospects
  • Superb stakeholder management and communication skills
  • 10+ years of sales consulting experience
  • Organised and able to prioritise own workload to ensure deadlines are met
  • No SAP experience needed, but advantageous
  • Autonomous, self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
  • Highly personable and collaborative - a true team player

The role:

  • Taking end to end responsibility for various CX opportunities, through initiation, development and successful closure
  • Facilitate and shape business requirements, highlighting causality and solutions
  • Work closely with consultancy team to help facilitate sales pitches and closing deals
  • Develop trusted and long lasting relationships with different stakeholders with prospects
  • Provide high level solutions and estimations for business needs based on accumulated business knowledge
  • Willing to travel up to 4 days/week
  • Ability to leverage your network to win new business
  • Actively engage potential customers and sell complex project-led initiatives
