We are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to develop 19 key clients to which we are tier 1 suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity to step away from new business or take your Account Management role to the next level.
Our clients are across Insurance, Financial Services, Commerce and Industry. You will be instrumental in developing and growing out these specific accounts. Selling a full compliment of solutions Venquis can offer with the backing of a delivery team of 20 specialists Consultants, who will help you deliver the best candidates on the market.
As specialists in Business Change and Transformation you will be discussing and advising clients on their ever evolving requirements and cutting edge projects.
- Primary focus on arranging and meeting with clients f2f to discuss thier recruitment requirements in detail
- Relaying client requirements back to the delivery team with a clear understanding to give them the best change of providing leading candidates
- Networking, attending events and marketing Venquis to key clients
- Startegically selling a completment of recruitment solutions to existing clients
- 360 or Account Management Recruitment experience
- Excellent candidate and client facing experience
- Natural at networking
- Knowledge of Insurance or Financial Services would be beneficial but not necerssary
- High achiever and proven track record of success
