An established Financial Service client based in the city of Leeds is looking for a Business Process Analyst to lead the successful delivery of process improvement in both the customer experience and internal process arenas. The role is on an FTC basis for 12months.
- Able to communicate effectively with all areas of the business to identify business requirements & process improvements
- Solid understanding of customer service operations
- Solid knowledge of process automation techniques
- Able to understand both Business & IT process and driving effective solutions
- Experience in the full project lifecycle from various methodologies
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Data analysis experience
